A non-running 1990 Ferrari 348 TS with 38,000 miles, finished in Rosso Corsa over beige Connolly leather, is offered by a selling dealer with a window sticker, owner's manual, clean Carfax report, and Florida title.

A 1990 Ferrari 348 TS is being offered for sale as a non-running project car, bringing to market a V8-powered model that has remained unused for roughly four years. The car shows 38,000 miles and is finished in Rosso Corsa over beige Connolly leather, according to the listing.
The 348 was the final V8-powered Ferrari developed under the direction of Enzo Ferrari, and its design was overseen by Pininfarina chief stylist Leonardo Fioravanti. This example is equipped with a 3.4-litre quad-cam Tipo F119 V8 featuring Bosch Motronic engine management, factory rated at 296 horsepower and 229 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a dogleg five-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential.
The car has not been started in about four years, and a video demonstrates the engine being turned by hand. It remained in the same owner's care from April 2000 until their passing about four years ago, and it has remained in a state of disuse since that time. The 348 has been registered in Oklahoma, Texas, Arizona, and Florida from new.
Exterior features include a removable black roof panel, pop-up headlights, fog lights, side air intakes, louvered taillights, and quad exhaust tips. Paintwork is noted on the driver-side door as well as on the rear quarter panels. The car rides on 17-inch five-spoke alloy wheels mounted with Continental ExtremeContact DWS tyres showing date codes from 2017 and 2018. Stopping power comes from Ferrari-branded calipers over ventilated discs with an anti-lock system.
Inside, the cabin has two seats upholstered in beige Connolly leather, with a matching dashboard, centre console, and door panels. Equipment includes a dogleg-pattern gated shifter, a Nakamichi stereo, air conditioning, a heated rear window, and power windows and door locks. The fuse box cover is missing. A leather-wrapped steering wheel frames Veglia Borletti instrumentation including a 200-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 7,500-rpm redline, and gauges for coolant temperature and oil pressure. Auxiliary gauges for oil temperature and fuel level are mounted in the centre stack. The six-digit odometer shows 38,000 miles.
The sale includes a window sticker, the owner's manual, a clean Carfax report, and a Florida title. The window sticker lists initial delivery to Big Red Sports/Imports in Norman, Oklahoma, as well as factory equipment, colours, and a total suggested retail price of $109,550. The Carfax report is free from accidents or other reported damage.
For collectors and enthusiasts, the 348 occupies a specific place in Ferrari history as the last V8 model developed under Enzo Ferrari's oversight. Its Pininfarina-designed lines and mid-engine layout make it a recognisable modern classic, while the gated shifter and dogleg manual transaxle appeal to drivers seeking an analogue experience. This example's non-running status and cosmetic notes on the driver-side door and rear quarter panels place it firmly in project territory, but its documented history, including a clean Carfax report and a window sticker showing original delivery, provides a clear paper trail for a buyer considering restoration.
The car is offered by the selling dealer. Its extended period of disuse means a mechanical recommissioning will be required before it can return to the road, and the engine has been turned by hand rather than started. The combination of a desirable colour scheme, a documented ownership history, and the model's significance as the final Enzo-era V8 Ferrari gives the project a defined identity in the market for affordable classic Ferraris.
