A 2026 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 3LZ convertible with only 698 miles on the odometer is being offered for sale in California, giving buyers a rare chance to acquire one of the first production Corvettes ever fitted with a twin-turbocharged engine. The car is finished in Competition Yellow Tintcoat with Edge Red racing stripes over Adrenaline Red leather, and it comes with a window sticker, owner's manual, an accident-free Carfax report, and a clean Florida title held in the name of the owner's LLC.
The C8 ZR1 was revealed in July 2024 as the most powerful Corvette yet produced, and the first to use forced induction. Its mid-mounted 5.5-litre LT7 V8 features a flat-plane crankshaft, a secondary port fuel-injection system, and CNC-machined ports and combustion chambers. Twin turbochargers generate up to 20 psi of boost, yielding a factory-rated 1,064 horsepower and 828 lb-ft of torque. Power reaches the rear wheels through an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transaxle and an electronic limited-slip differential, with a driver-selectable performance exhaust system fitted as standard.
The convertible's equipment list is extensive. It includes a power-retractable hardtop, Magnetic Selective Ride Control, Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes with 15.7-inch front and 15.4-inch rear discs and Edge Red-finished calipers, a front-axle lift system with memory settings, and 20-inch and 21-inch 20-spoke forged alloy wheels mounted with Michelin tyres. Additional rear fender scoops, a rear spoiler, a front splitter, LED headlights, side air intakes, front and rear cameras, and rear parking sensors complete the exterior package.
Inside, the cabin is trimmed in Adrenaline Red leather with carbon-fibre accents and Torch Red seatbelts. Heated and ventilated GT2 bucket seats, ZR1 door-sill covers, keyless entry, dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, and a 14-speaker Bose sound system are all present. A 12.7-inch touchscreen runs Chevrolet Infotainment 3, while the heated carbon-fibre-trimmed steering wheel with carbon-fibre shift paddles frames a configurable 14-inch digital display that includes a central tachometer and auxiliary readouts such as boost pressure. A 6.6-inch auxiliary touchscreen sits to the left of the main display, and a head-up display is fitted as standard alongside lane-keep assist, rear cross-traffic alert, side blind-zone alert, and forward collision alert.
The window sticker shows initial delivery to Fairway Motors in Hazleton, Pennsylvania, with a total vehicle price of $221,765. The digital odometer indicates 698 miles, all added under current ownership. The Carfax report lists at least one open recall, a detail prospective buyers will need to address. General Motors has also attached a notable condition to the car's warranty: reselling it to a subsequent owner within 12 months of the original purchase date of October 6, 2025, will render the vehicle warranty null and void for all future owners. That restriction places the car in an unusual position, since it is being offered for sale well inside that window.
The ZR1 represents a significant shift for Chevrolet, which had long relied on naturally aspirated V8 engines for its flagship Corvette models. The move to twin turbocharging, combined with the LT7's flat-plane crank and port fuel injection, positions the car against European supercars costing considerably more. With production examples only now reaching owners, the appearance of a low-mileage convertible on the secondary market offers an early indication of how the ZR1 is being valued outside official dealership channels.
For collectors and enthusiasts, the combination of a documented single-owner history, an accident-free report, and a specification that includes nearly every available performance and comfort option makes this example particularly notable. The car is offered with its original window sticker and owner's manual, documentation that supports its provenance. The sale is being handled by the seller on behalf of the owner, and the clean Florida title is held in the name of the owner's LLC.
