A rare Canadian-market 2012 BMW Alpina B7 xDrive is being offered for sale, presenting collectors with a chance to acquire one of the most distinctive high-performance luxury saloons of its era. The short-wheelbase example, finished in Black Sapphire Metallic over Black Nappa leather, has covered 75,000 miles and comes with a clean Carfax report showing no accidents or damage.

At the heart of the Alpina B7 is a twin-turbocharged 4.4-litre N63B44 V8, rated at 500 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque when new. Power is delivered to all four wheels through a six-speed automatic transmission and BMW's xDrive all-wheel-drive system. The car is equipped with Dynamic Stability Control and Dynamic Traction Control, while ventilated discs at all four corners provide stopping power. The front brake rotors, pads and sensors were replaced in July 2023.

Alpina-specific equipment sets this B7 apart from a standard 7 Series. It includes 21-inch Alpina Classic alloy wheels, distinctive revised front and rear bumper covers, Shadowline trim, a rear spoiler and Alpina badging. The suspension has been retuned by Alpina, and the cabin features Piano Black trim accents. The 21-inch wheels were mounted with Michelin tyres in July 2024, though the seller notes curb rashing to the wheels and scrapes to the lower front spoiler. Aftermarket kidney grilles have also been installed.

The interior is trimmed in Black Nappa leather extending to the dashboard, centre console, door panels and carpeting. Amenities include heated, ventilated and active power-adjustable front seats with lumbar support, heated rear seats, a six-disc CD changer, front-seat position memory, a rear-seat entertainment system, power rear and side window sunshades, Comfort Access keyless entry, four-zone automatic climate control, ambient lighting and iDrive with navigation. The heated three-spoke Alpina steering wheel features blue and green accent stitching and gear-selector buttons, while blue-dial Alpina-branded instrumentation includes a 200-mph speedometer, tachometer and gauges for oil temperature and fuel level.

Driver aids are comprehensive and include a head-up display, active cruise control, lane departure warning, active blind spot detection, Night View Assist, a surround-view camera system and a rear-view camera. Exterior equipment includes adaptive xenon headlights, fog lights, soft-close doors, a glass sunroof, Park Distance Control parking sensors, heated power-adjustable side mirrors, a power-operated trunk lid and polished exhaust outlets.

Service records document recent maintenance. In December 2021 the CV connecting lines were replaced, followed in November 2022 by a new battery, spark plugs and a VANOS solenoid valve. In August 2025 the ignition coils, spark plugs, fuel pump and both air filters were replaced. The central gateway control module was replaced in September 2026. The seller purchased the car in 2024 and has added approximately 11,000 of the 75,000 miles since. The digital odometer currently reads 75,000 miles.

The car is offered with the owner's manual, service records, spare rear tyres, a clean Carfax report and a Michigan title in the seller's name. As a Canadian-market short-wheelbase B7, it represents a rare configuration, as most examples were specified with a long wheelbase. The combination of Alpina's bespoke engineering, extensive equipment and documented history makes it a compelling proposition for enthusiasts of modern performance saloons.
