A cream-colored 1967 Jaguar E-Type Series 1 roadster with a 4.2-liter engine is offered for sale on behalf of its owner, who has held the car since 1968. The car was reportedly bought new by a Thai prince who used it while studying at Stanford University. The current owner is a long-time officer of the Jaguar Associate Group, which reportedly explains the meticulous maintenance the car has received over almost six decades.

Under the hood is a 4.2-liter inline six-cylinder engine mated to a four-speed manual gearbox. The powerplant is fitted with three SU carburetors, and the camshaft covers are polished. A complete rebuild was carried out in 2016: the crankshaft was ground and balanced, the carburetors were rebuilt, and the timing chains, bearings and hoses were replaced. The gearbox was also rebuilt and the clutch was replaced. The four-wheel disc brakes received rebuilt calipers, completed in the same year.

The odometer shows 13 thousand miles, however, logbook entries for 1968–1969 record a mileage of more than 39 thousand miles. The car's total mileage is unknown. The number stamped on the engine matches the number on the chassis and the certificate. The car comes with a Jaguar Heritage Trust certificate, and the factory shipping date is listed as August 3, 1966. The car is registered in California and fitted with black license plates.

The sale includes a jack, a wheel-cap removal hammer and service invoices. The exterior is finished in cream and the interior is trimmed in black leather. The car is offered for sale on behalf of its owner, and no further comments from the seller or buyer are provided in the materials.
