A European-market 2001 Ferrari 360 Spider is being offered for sale in the United States at no reserve, giving collectors a rare chance to acquire a well-documented example of the Pininfarina-designed convertible. The car was imported from Europe in November 2002 and has since covered just 17,000 miles, according to the selling dealer.

Finished in Argento Nurburgring over Nero leather, the 360 Spider is powered by a mid-mounted 3.6-litre Tipo F131 V8 that produces 400 horsepower and 275 lb-ft of torque. The engine features a flat-plane crankshaft, dry-sump lubrication, dual overhead camshafts and five valves per cylinder. Power is sent to the rear wheels through an electrohydraulic six-speed F1 sequential transaxle and a limited-slip differential.

The aluminium body, also designed by Pininfarina, includes xenon headlights, aftermarket fender shields, a power-retractable Nero soft top, a Challenge-style rear grille and quad exhaust outlets exiting through the rear fascia. The right taillight assembly was repaired in preparation for the sale. Wear is evident on the soft top, and the gallery includes photos showing paint-meter readings and finish imperfections.

The car rides on 18-inch two-piece BBS alloy wheels fitted with Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 tyres in October 2026. Braking is handled by red-finished Ferrari-branded calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors at each corner. Three wheels were refinished in October 2021, when the brake rotors were resurfaced and the pads replaced. Additional work in October 2026 included replacing tie rod ends and front-upper ball joints.

Inside, Daytona-style seats upholstered in Nero leather are matched by door panel inserts and carpets. Amenities include a CD stereo, Bluetooth connectivity, automatic climate control and aluminium pedals. Sticky surfaces were addressed in April 2021, and the air conditioning system was recharged in October 2026. The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 220-mph speedometer and a tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline, along with a digital fuel level readout and gauges for oil pressure, oil temperature and coolant temperature. Paddle shifters for the F1 gearbox are mounted behind the steering wheel. The digital odometer indicates 17,000 miles.

Maintenance records show the fuel pumps were replaced in 2021, a belt service was performed and the water pump replaced in June 2024, and the oil changed in October 2026. A maintenance log is viewable in the gallery. The Carfax report is free from accidents or other reported damage, and the current New York title carries an “Exempt” odometer reading. The car is offered with the owner’s manual, service records and a clean Carfax report.

The 360 Spider remains a significant model for Ferrari, marking a shift toward aluminium construction and greater everyday usability. European-market examples are particularly sought after for their specification and provenance. With no reserve and a clean history, this example is likely to attract attention from collectors seeking a usable modern classic.
