A 2012 Ferrari 458 Italia finished in Bianco Avus over Nero leather is being offered for sale in California with just 9,000 miles on its digital odometer, presenting collectors with a low-mileage example of the Italian marque's mid-engined V8 berlinetta. The car, recently acquired by a selling dealer, comes with a digital copy of its original window sticker, a car cover, manufacturer's literature and a clean Carfax report showing no accidents or reported damage.
The 458 Italia was delivered new to Ferrari of Long Island in Plainview, New York, according to the window sticker, which lists a total suggested retail price of $268,839 when new. The car carries a clean New York title and is now offered in California. Prospective buyers should note that the car has not passed a California emissions test, a requirement for registration in the state.
Power comes from a mid-mounted 4.5-litre F136F V8 with a flat-plane crankshaft and dry-sump lubrication, factory rated at 562 horsepower and 398 lb-ft of torque. The engine is paired with a Getrag seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transaxle and an electronic differential, sending drive to the rear wheels.
