A 2011 Volkswagen Touareg Sport TDI, showing 49,000 miles on the odometer, is offered for sale by a dealer partner of Bring a Trailer. The vehicle remained registered in Oregon before the current dealer acquired it, a detail that makes it possible to trace its history on the used market across the Atlantic. The listing presents it as a second-generation example of the 7P range, a full-size SUV that long served as a technical showcase for the German brand in the United States.

The SUV is presented in black (paint code L041) with beige Cornsilk V-Tex synthetic leather interior trim. It is equipped with a 3.0-liter V6 turbodiesel engine, paired with an eight-speed Aisin automatic transmission and permanent 4MOTION all-wheel drive. According to the listing data, this engine was originally rated at 240 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque. The digital instrument cluster shows 49,000 miles, and the dashboard includes a tachometer marked up to 6,000 rpm along with auxiliary gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level.

In terms of equipment, the vehicle has a power liftgate, adaptive xenon headlights, fog lights, roof rails and a rear wiper. The 18-inch Tacora alloy wheels are fitted with Nexen N'Fera tires, and each wheel has ventilated disc brakes. Inside, the front heated power seats are accompanied by a rearview camera, cruise control, Climatronic dual-zone automatic climate control and a touchscreen infotainment system with navigation.

The sales documentation includes the original window sticker, the owner's manual, service records, a Carfax report showing no accidents or damage, and a New Jersey certificate of title with no special notations. The report indicates that the fuel filter and engine oil were replaced in June 2026, as well as the transmission, transfer case and differentials. Proof of completion of the TDI recall campaign can be viewed in the photo gallery, which also includes paint-meter readings on the bodywork.

The vehicle was originally delivered to Volkswagen of Salem, Oregon, and the factory sticker lists a total manufacturer's suggested retail price of $49,005. Nearly fifteen years after it entered service, the listing illustrates how the brand's diesel models, long at the heart of the TDI engine scandal, continue to circulate on the used market when their history is documented and recalls have been carried out.
