A one-owner 2021 Toyota Land Cruiser Heritage Edition, one of roughly 1,326 North American examples and the only URJ200 Heritage model offered with three rows, is up for sale with 40,000 miles and a $91,473 original window sticker.

A 2021 Toyota Land Cruiser Heritage Edition, one of roughly 1,326 examples produced for North America and the only version of the URJ200 Heritage model offered with a third row, has been listed for sale by its original owner with 40,000 miles on the odometer.
The Heritage Edition was Toyota's send-off for the long-running URJ200 generation, and the package brought a revised grille, darkened headlight housings, side badging and black mirror caps with chrome accents. This example is finished in Magnetic Gray Metallic and rides on bronze-finished 18-inch BBS forged wheels, which were mounted with 285/65 BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 tyres in 2024.
Power comes from a 5.7-litre DOHC V8 with dual independent VVT-i variable valve timing, factory-rated at 381 horsepower and 401 lb-ft of torque. It drives all four wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case with a Torsen locking centre differential. The truck also left the factory with Kinetic Dynamic Suspension System, Crawl Control, Brake Assist and Active Traction Control, while skid plates protect the front suspension, radiator, fuel tank and transfer case.
The cabin is trimmed in black perforated leather with bronze stitching, and equipment includes heated and ventilated front seats, heated second-row seats, four-zone climate control, wireless charging, a 14-speaker JBL sound system and a nine-inch touchscreen. A heated steering wheel is trimmed in wood and leather. Driver aids include a Multi-Terrain Monitor camera system, Dynamic Radar cruise control, front and rear Park Assist, lane departure alert, blind spot monitoring and automatic high beams.
Exterior details include a glass sunroof, a body-colour rear spoiler, a receiver hitch, LED lighting, headlight washers, fog lights, mudguards and tow hooks. The seller notes that the V8 badging and the factory-optional Yakima roof basket have been removed.
Maintenance records show the brake fluid was changed in 2024, the brake rotors were resurfaced and the pads replaced in April 2024, and an oil change was most recently completed in May 2026. The vehicle is offered with a window sticker, owner's manuals, service records, three keys, a clean Carfax report and a clean California title in the seller's name.
The original window sticker lists initial delivery to Culver City Toyota in Culver City, California, along with factory equipment, colours and a total price of $91,473. The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
The Heritage Edition marked the final chapter for the URJ200 Land Cruiser in North America, and its combination of a naturally aspirated V8, a traditional body-on-frame chassis and a limited production run has made it a sought-after modern collectible. The three-row configuration was available only for the 2021 model year of the Heritage Edition, adding to the rarity of this particular example.
