A 2014 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 convertible is up for sale on the online auction platform Bring a Trailer. The vehicle, presented as one of the 914 convertibles produced for the model year, stands out with its Sterling Gray Metallic paint, a color the seller describes as one of only 92 units. This information should be taken with caution, since the listing phrases it in the conditional.

Under the hood, the car features a supercharged 5.8-liter Trinity V8, producing 662 horsepower and 631 lb-ft of torque. The transmission is a six-speed Tremec manual gearbox, paired with a Torsen limited-slip rear differential. The black fabric roof is electrically operated and retracts automatically.

The equipment list is extensive, with SVT Performance and Electronics packages representing more than $5,000 in options. These include electronically adjustable Bilstein shock absorbers, a rear spoiler with a Gurney flap, Brembo front brake calipers, and 19- and 20-inch forged wheels. Michelin tires were fitted in February 2024. The cabin includes a navigation system, dual-zone air conditioning, and heated leather sport seats.

The vehicle shows approximately 21,000 miles on the odometer, of which nearly 8,000 were added under the current owner. It has had two previous owners, the seller having acquired it in 2020. It was delivered new by the Wade Ford dealership in Smyrna, Georgia, for a sticker price of $66,280. The Carfax report is clean and mentions no accidents.

The listing notes a few condition issues: scratches on some of the wheels and paint imperfections on the underside of the spoiler. The battery has been replaced, according to a date given as October 2026, a date later than the listing itself, which makes the accuracy of this entry uncertain.

The lot includes the Ford Performance certificate of authenticity, the original sticker, the owner's manual, service records, spare parts, and a protective cover. The certificate of title, issued in Nebraska, is in the seller's name, and the odometer is listed as "Actual." Auctions for this type of model, often sought after by collectors, make it possible to track the market value of the high-performance Mustang of this generation.
