A 1969 Dodge Charger rebuilt under previous ownership, with a 528ci Hemi V8 crate engine and a five-speed Tremec manual, is offered for sale with its refurbishment records and documentation.

A 1969 Dodge Charger that underwent a multi-year rotisserie refurbishment is being offered for sale, with the work highlighted by a 528ci Hemi V8 crate engine and a Tremec TKO-600 five-speed manual transmission. The project was completed in 2021 under prior ownership, and the seller says the car has been fitted with a range of performance and restoration upgrades.
The refurbishment included body work and a repaint in Bright Blue Metallic, along with new black vinyl interior trim, four-wheel disc brakes, a rebuilt suspension and American Racing 15-inch wheels. Other changes include a Firm Feel steering gearbox, welded-in frame connectors, Hemi-specification rear torque boxes, a Sachs clutch, a Strange S60 rear end and a TTi 3-inch exhaust system with DynoMax mufflers. The seller states that the car was rewired during the work and runs on premium pump gasoline.
The engine is a Mopar Performance iron-block crate unit installed in 2021. It is supported by Mopar Performance cylinder heads with Stage 2 porting, roller rocker arms, a Comp Cams flat-tappet hydraulic camshaft, a Mopar Performance aluminum intake manifold, a four-barrel carburetor, an MSD ignition coil, a Powermaster 125-amp alternator and ceramic-coated TTi headers. Cooling is handled by an aluminum radiator with dual auxiliary electric fans. Dynamometer results supplied by the seller show an output of 637 horsepower at 6,150 rpm.
The car's chassis number indicates that it was originally powered by a 383ci V8, so the current engine represents a substantial change from the factory specification. The transmission has a 0.64:1 top gear and was fitted as part of a conversion kit from Keisler Engineering. Power passes through a Sachs Performance clutch and a Precision Shaft Technologies driveshaft to a Strange Engineering S60 rear end with locking 3.73:1 gears.
Finished at the factory in Light Bronze Metallic with a tan vinyl top, the Charger was stripped, soda- and media-blasted and repainted in base-coat and clear-coat Bright Blue Metallic. A black vinyl top and black rear striping have since been added. Replacement bumpers from Auto Metal Direct are fitted at both ends, the quarter panels were replaced, and the stainless trim was restored and polished. The headlamp doors have electronic openers, and the headlights run through relays.
Inside, the front bucket seats and rear bench were reupholstered in black vinyl, and Classic Auto Air air conditioning has been added. Equipment includes a woodgrain-trimmed center console, a TKO-branded pistol-grip shifter, an AM/FM radio and a woodgrain-rimmed steering wheel. The instrument cluster features a "tic-toc" tachometer with an inset clock, a 150-mph speedometer and gauges for fuel, coolant temperature, oil pressure and voltage. The five-digit odometer shows 400 miles, fewer than 50 of which were added under the current owner.
The seller purchased the Dodge in October 2026 and is offering it with refurbishment photos and records, a written outline of the equipment, a broadcast sheet and a clean Michigan title in the seller's name. The vehicle is presented as a modified Charger with documented work rather than a factory-original car, and buyers are being given the paperwork to assess the build themselves.
