A 2010 Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 Spyder with just 15,000 miles on its digital odometer has been listed for sale by a dealer, offering collectors a rare opportunity to acquire a low-mileage example of the Italian marque's V10-powered convertible. The car is finished in Grigio Thalasso over Nero Perseus leather with red stitching and piping, and it comes with a clean Carfax report and a clean Florida title.
The Gallardo LP560-4 was revealed at the 2008 Geneva Motor Show, five years after the original Gallardo debuted at the same event. Designed by Luc Donckerwolke, the original car was powered by an even-firing 5.0-litre V10, while the updated LP560-4 brought revised bodywork and a larger, uneven-firing 5.2-litre V10. That engine was factory rated at 552 horsepower and 398 lb-ft of torque, delivered to all four wheels through a six-speed E-gear automated transaxle, limited-slip front and rear differentials, and a Viscous Traction permanent all-wheel-drive system.
This particular example is equipped with a power-operated convertible soft top, xenon headlights, a speed-activated rear spoiler, LED taillights, and exhaust outlets that exit through the rear valance. It rides on 19-inch Cordelia alloy wheels mounted with Pirelli P Zero tyres. Stopping power comes from six-piston front and four-piston rear calipers finished in black with Lamborghini script, acting on cross-drilled and ventilated discs at each corner. The car also features an optional front-axle lift system, a practical addition for navigating speed bumps and steep driveways.
Inside, the heated power-adjustable seats are upholstered in Nero Perseus leather with red stitching and piping. Interior appointments include a back-up camera, branded sill plates, navigation, and dual-zone automatic climate control. The leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a pair of paddle shifters, a 210-mph speedometer, a tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline, a digital display, and readouts for coolant temperature and fuel level. A trio of auxiliary gauges indicating oil pressure, oil temperature, and voltage sits atop the centre stack.
The Gallardo remains a significant model in Lamborghini's history, bridging the gap between the brand's earlier V12 flagships and its later, more technologically advanced offerings. The LP560-4 Spyder combined open-top driving with the performance of a mid-engined supercar, and its all-wheel-drive system made it more usable in a wider range of conditions than many of its rear-drive rivals. With production of the Gallardo having ended in 2013, well-kept examples with low mileage have become increasingly sought after by enthusiasts and collectors alike.
