A 1989 Porsche 928 S4 originally sold in the Japanese market is being offered on dealer consignment, with a documented history of recent mechanical work and a clean vehicle history report. The car is left-hand drive and was imported to Canada in 2002, where it stayed registered in British Columbia until it was brought into the United States in 2016 after the current owner bought it. The offer is made by a BaT Local Partner, and the car is presented with its removed set of wheels, service records, a clean Carfax report and an Illinois title.

The car is powered by a 5.0-litre DOHC V8 paired with a four-speed automatic transaxle that sends power to the rear wheels. The engine uses LH-Jetronic fuel injection and was factory rated at 316 horsepower and 317 lb-ft of torque. The digital odometer reads 124,000 kilometres, roughly 77,000 miles. In 2016, Jensan Racing of Abbotsford, British Columbia, refinished the valve covers and intake manifold and serviced the fuel injectors, and a SharkTuner ECU tune was reportedly added at that time.

Maintenance is listed in some detail. The thermostat was replaced in 2023. In 2024 the timing belt, water pump, oil pan gasket, drive belts, distributor cap and camshaft position sensor were renewed, and according to the selling dealer the steering rack was also replaced that year. The oil was changed in 2025. The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage, which the listing presents as a key point for prospective buyers weighing an older car with a long import history.

Finished in Silver Metallic over Marine Blue leather, the car carries 18-inch five-spoke Porsche Carrera III wheels mounted over spacers and fitted with Continental ExtremeContact tyres. Exterior equipment includes pop-up headlights, integrated fog lights, body-colour mirror caps, a rear spoiler, a rear window wiper, dual exhaust outlets and vented disc brakes at each corner, with front and rear stabilizer bars fitted. Inside, the power-adjustable front seats are trimmed in Marine Blue leather and include driver memory settings, with two rear bucket seats, a CDR-220 stereo and air conditioning. The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation, including a 300 km/h speedometer, a tachometer and gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, voltage and fuel level.

The factory set of 16-inch seven-hole alloy wheels is removed and will accompany the car. The Illinois title lists “Mileage Not Required” beneath the legend section, a detail that is noted in the paperwork accompanying the sale. The 928, Porsche's large front-engined grand tourer, is offered here as a car whose import history, documented maintenance and largely original specification are the main points of interest for buyers.
