A 2012 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Roadster with just 17,000 miles is being offered by a dealer in Texas, presented as part of DriverSource’s Oktmotorfest 2026 Collection. The car is finished in Designo Mystic White II with a black leather interior, a combination that reflects the level of personalisation Mercedes-Benz offered on its flagship grand tourer during the early 2010s. The digital odometer indicates the 17,000-mile figure, and the car is described as a roadster version of the SLS AMG, with its black soft top in place.
Power comes from a hand-assembled 6.2-liter M159 DOHC V8, factory rated at 563 horsepower and 479 lb-ft of torque. The engine sends its output to the rear wheels through a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The car also carries AMG Adaptive Suspension and speed-sensitive power steering. Stopping power is supplied by AMG-branded brake calipers over cross-drilled and slotted rotors at all four corners, and the brake fluid was flushed in July 2026.
Exterior equipment includes staggered-width 19-inch and 20-inch five-spoke alloy wheels fitted with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tyres, which were installed in April 2022. The car also has a black convertible soft top, bi-xenon headlamps, an airfoil, straked front fender vents, carbon-fibre mirror caps and polished exhaust outlets. Photos showing paint-meter readings are included in the gallery, allowing prospective buyers to check the finish directly.
The cabin is trimmed with heated, power-adjustable AMG sport seats in Designo Porcelain and black leather, which extends to the lower dashboard, centre console and door panel inserts. Features include carbon-fibre trim, Airscarf neck warmers, a rearview camera, Keyless Go, dual-zone automatic climate control and COMAND infotainment with navigation. The leather-wrapped steering wheel has aluminium shift paddles and frames a 240-mph speedometer and a tachometer, alongside gauges for oil temperature and fuel level. Marks are present on the headliner, which the listing notes openly.
Maintenance records accompany the sale. The fuel filter and battery were replaced in November 2021, and work carried out in July 2026 included an oil change, a cabin filter replacement and the brake fluid flush. The sale package also includes the owner’s manual, the window sticker, a car cover and a battery tender, giving the next owner a full paper trail of the car’s upkeep.
The window sticker shows initial delivery to Mercedes-Benz of Fredericksburg, Virginia, and lists a total suggested retail price of $210,995. The Carfax report is free from accidents or other reported damage, and the car carries a clean California title. The listing is presented by the selling dealer as part of its Oktmotorfest 2026 Collection, a seasonal grouping of vehicles under the DriverSource name.
