A 1966 Chevrolet Corvette coupe rebuilt under its current owner now combines a 7.0-litre LS7 V8, widened bodywork and a Tremec five-speed manual, and is offered with Ontario registration.

A 1966 Chevrolet Corvette coupe has been refurbished and heavily modified under its current ownership, with a 7.0-litre LS7 V8 now sitting under the bonnet. The car is offered with Ontario registration, which serves as the ownership document in Ontario, Canada, and is listed on Bring a Trailer.
The engine is paired with a Tremec TKX five-speed wide-ratio manual transmission, a Corvette Z06-specification clutch and a rebuilt Positraction rear differential. The 7.0-litre unit is a dry-sump LS7 installed in 2024, and it runs a GM E38 engine control unit, drive-by-wire throttle control, an in-tank Holley electric fuel pump, a baffled aftermarket fuel tank and an aluminium DeWitts radiator with an electric cooling fan. Custom-tagged wiring harnesses run through the engine bay and dashboard, and an OBD-II diagnostic port sits beneath the dash.
The fiberglass body has been fitted with aftermarket widebody front fenders and rear quarter panels and refinished in blue over black leather. The split chrome bumperettes were re-plated, and the car gained quad LED headlights operated by a Detroit Speed electric motor system, LED taillights, a power-retractable antenna and dual side-exit exhaust pipes with factory-style covers. Chrome-finished Ridler 606 wheels measure 18 inches at the front and 20 inches at the rear, wrapped in 265/35 and 285/35 Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 tyres.
The chassis has been overhauled and lowered. QA1 two-way adjustable coilovers and an oversized front sway bar sit at the front, while the independent rear uses Van Steel offset trailing arms, QA1 adjustable shocks and an Addco sway bar. Braking is handled by a Wilwood power-assisted four-wheel disc system with six-piston front calipers, four-piston rear calipers and drilled and slotted rotors. Replacement wheel bearings, seals, hydraulic brake lines and parking brake cables were fitted during the work, and the steering was converted to power-assisted Flaming River rack-and-pinion.
Inside, the bucket seats have been reupholstered in black leather, and the carpeting, floor mats, kick panels, headliner, sun visors and bright trim were all replaced. Comfort and convenience features include Vintage Air climate control, power windows, lap belts, a centre console, a rearview camera mirror and a Vintage Car Audio KHE-300 Bluetooth-capable stereo with aftermarket speakers. An aftermarket steering wheel sits on a telescopic column ahead of Intellitronix instrumentation. The digital odometer reads 1,035 miles, which the seller says is the distance covered since the build was completed.
The car was previously registered in Pennsylvania and was acquired by the seller in 2021 before being offered in Canada. The trim tag identifies it as a Style 66 437 1966 Corvette coupe with A.O. Smith body number A-3307, black vinyl trim and Sunfire Yellow paint code 984, although the car now wears blue. The frame was media-blasted, epoxy-coated internally and refinished in black, and build photos are included in the listing gallery.
